Funny, but I thought that Pakatan Rakyat was proud in 'showing' Malaysians a new level of politicking but as expected, their thin veil which has been unravel seems to be in shreds.
Remember when one of PR's DAP ADUN was adamant in creating a ruckus when trying to register her child of Indian-Chinese parentage? I don't know the outcome, but I am sure it raised a lot of eyebrows.
But this time around, PR has shown what it truly stands for. It does not allow their politicians (firebrands who they maybe) to think let alone say what they feel outside of party perimeters. So it comes as no surprise (though I am not a fan of Hasan Ali) that PAS has sacked him, and a follow up by MB of Selangor to sack him as EXCO is as expected (and wallah, concluded too!)
Lets bring you back to pre 2008 shall we? Can you remember the promises of the PR politicians then who said that they will show a different level of politics? What has become of that then?
In actual fact, it is pretty much the same. And when you can't answer your detractors, learn from Anwar (like this video?)
I am no politician, but perhaps this is the right time to remind ourselves that this is the game they play. My side, your side, their side, backside.....
Whichever the case maybe, they are your friends today because they want your support. And when the time is right, they go and sing their own songs.
So, Hasan is now cast away, and like many they will wander around and then reappear in the form of Ibrahim Ali. (is it good or bad? It depends really which side you prefer right?)
But what if it impacts you as a citizen? For example, Alam Flora. Didn't they have their contracts terminated in Selangor and all PR states? (Am not sure about this entirely, but remember something like that flying around) So the poor folks in Ampang had to live with this after Alam Flora's contract was up, then what? No questions about how these contractors came about? So isn't this the same story then?
Oh, before I forget. With Hasan Ali gone, who will you place your dollar on for the job of Director of Hotel and Night club raids?
