What? Did you say Standard Operating Procedures YB Datuk Dr Hasan?
I wonder how you can justify, offending Non Muslims when you also treat them the same when you conducted that 'Moral' raid in Mutiara Damansara recently.
In fact, as a hospitality industry professional, I am asking you to explain how this will affect Malaysia, and operators of hotels in general should Pakatan Rakyat and your radical PAS party gain enough support to form a government?
Having already said that PAS will shut down Genting Highlands, and since you deem your night raid a must, and ALL HOTELS must accept this, then I certainly will stand up against this and put on record that I do not accept this.
I, Tony Yew, hereby declare that as a hotellier, I AM AGAINST this 100 percent!
In fact, a few weeks ago I had a foreign guest from Iran, and a Muslim who declared that Malaysia was beautiful so long as extremist like you do not impose your religion on people like him. I wonder what do you have to say to this?
I am gravely concerned that Pakatan Rakyat's unholy alliance and your continuance to dupe the moderate society with your 'PAS for All' policy which in fact is one that will jeopardise this country and the very image of moderation that the Najib administration is trying to tell the rest of the world.
I strongly believe that if PAS were ever to sweep to power, the likes of me and our industry will just pack up. Hell, HUDUD law may probably be even imposed on us!
Say, will you empower mosque committees who will intrude on the rest of us and our lives for the sake of your religion? I am certain you will, and hence I am sure that HUDUD will affect us wholesale.
I am thankful that in Melaka, the state government is more than happy to promote tourism, and I have yet to hear of the state religious department raiding hotels like mine. In fact, if they did come around, I will be the first to stop them from entering my premises.
Why? Simply because, when guests choose to spend their money here in the hotel, I will safeguard their privacy and their rights as a customer.
I wonder really, if there are still blind unmasked people who truly believe that PAS is actually for all!
