DAP claims MACC documents are false

Lets take a step back and relook at the circumstances when Teoh Beng Hock was taken in shall we?

1. Information received on kickbacks received via claims made through office of ADUN Ean Yong
2. MACC swung into action and raided office of Ean Yong
3. TBH cooperated and was helpful in the investigations though he did not want his laptop to be seperated from him
4. Interrogations revealed much information and stressed out TBH
5. TBH found dead...
6. the rest, they say is history.....

But let's look back at how the investigations took shape.
It all started because someone had tipped off MACC on these claims.

So, when these documents were shown during the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Monday, the first thing Teresa Kok did was to deny it.

Is she insinuating that these cheques are forged too? If so, I would suggest that Teresa Kok now go make a police report immediately on these false cheques that were shown to have been banked into their DAP account!

You will have to take sometime to read this, but boy will you see some hard truths starring back at you.

The following are from t4tbh.blogspot.com
"When that story came out, only do we understand some information and cheque in our safekeeping. This information and bank cheques is involving Lee Wye Wing of WSK Services.

The four cheques is paid for DAP Serdang Aman by Sharideen Enterprise and Sharenna Enterprise.

Sharideen Enterprise is a company set up on 7 July 2008 under the name of Muhammad Liwauddin b Zainal Abidin (No. KP 8704-23-5650-97). Muhammad Liwauddin is a factory worker. While, Sharenna Enterprise is company that started operation on 17 Oct 2008 and is registered under Mohd Jali. b Abdullah (IC No 591224-10-6451).

Lee approach them to register a company and promise to secure projects for them. They are offered 10% of contracts, the balance is to be paid to Lee. He will handle the projects and some projects are fictitous. The company must pay a certain amount to DAP Serdang Aman.

The paperwork is handled by Lee and payment approval is by Ean Yong and/or Ronnie Liu. It is the same like how Teoh Beng Hock and Ean Yong process the fake invoice and the fake project paperwork and the money is paid by Selangor State.

The copy of the cheques and bank-in slips are below:
(to view all of the cheques and bank in slips as well as other invoices, click here)

And as in all natural responses when defending your party, you cite ...conspiracy!
So here is Teresa's denouncement of these documents.

"DAP denies embezzling S’gor state funds
G Vinod | March 22, 2011(The Malaysian Insider)

Latest allegation made at Teoh's RCI an attempt to deflect MACC's culpability in his death, says Teresa Kok.

KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor DAP today dismissed allegations that the party had received cuts from payments meant for Selangor state government projects.

Its chairman, Teresa Kok, said the party had never tolerated corrupt practices and would never cover up such happenings should it ever happen.

“If the MACC has proof, then it should charge the guilty in the court of law,” said Kok, who is also Seputeh MP, at a press conference at the Parliament house here today.

Kok was commenting on documents presented yesterday at the Royal Commission of Inquiry investigating the death of Selangor political aide Teoh Beng Hock.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah submitted four documents of claims along with invoices allegedly showing how money was channelled from state funds to DAP coffers.

“Selangor state exco Ean Yong Hian Wah had already refuted the allegation that the party had received kick-backs from contracts and provided proof during the previous inquest,” she said.

MACC investigation unit head, Hairul Ilham Hamzah, said the documents were seized from the home of one Lee Wye Wing, a contractor allegedly allocated a majority of the contracts.

Kok condemned the latest insinuation, saying it was done without basis and concocted to deflect public attention from the anti-graft body’s own culpability over Teoh’s death.

Kok urged the MACC to come clean over how its selective prosecution methods had caused Teoh to lose his life, bringing much grief to his loved ones.

“The MACC must take discplinary action against its officers for making such reckless statements,” she said.

Teoh was found dead in July 2009, on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam.

He had been interrogated the night before by MACC officers at their office, located on the 14th floor of the same building."

But here is what is unknown to the rakyat......

Get this....Since the State of Selangor is in Pakatan Rakyat's rule, any ADUN seat that is in the hands of BN will still be allocated to ADUN for Kawawan Angkat, which basically means that the allocations will go to another firendly ADUN to ensure that the allocation is 'looked' after.

In fact, the way these payments were made and the modus operandi of how it was made was similar to previous mishandling of allocations by BN reps, in cases that were charged by MACC's predecessor BPR.

As such, in this case when TBH was investigated, it was no wonder that he had to endure the whole episode alone, and when the situation became too real to him, he took his own life.

Although it is yet too soon for anyone to concur with this theory, it all looks likely that this did happen.

So, the question you might ask is why there isn't any further investigations by MACC on Ean Yong?

The fact is that since TBH died, and even though they had a 'confession' by him detailing all these out, the only one really responsible for it then was TBH (the documents were found on him, the copies of invoices in his lap top, and the explanation was provided by him)

And will the rakyat really understand this?

Yet before all this happened, Karpal Singh had voluntarily suggested that the RCI will point to death by suicide. And we know why now.

DAP had been caught with their pants down this time.

There can be no denial of how Lee Wye Weng had used four different companies to garner 100% of 'small' contracts available to him and his companies. In fact, YB Wee Choo Keong who is well aware of such tactics within DAP had highlighted this fact (justice for TBH part 3)

It was unfortunate that TBH died, and as evidence shows that there was wrong doing in the first place, why is then so difficult to see the real truth?

Who stands to gain more with TBH's death?

Why is DAP so ever ready to play up his death over and over again in all things related to politics?

My answer is pretty simple. By doing so, the sympathy vote still goes back to them. By playing up his death over and over again, whilst claiming that these documents presented were false, they tend to also convince others that MACC is the guilty party.

MACC? What do they gain from this? Zilch-nada!

Can DAP justify these payments instead of just claiming it as false? There are cheques into their account, and with a man like Lee Wye Weng and his relatives signing cheques, and also getting projects from the State, it does look rather suspicious to me. And what has Lee got to say about this? Blame it on MACC or TBH? All bets are off!

The bottom line is that politics is dirty. And to do these dirty work, some people get caught up in it! Doesn't matter which side you support, its the truth that we are after.

Can you handle the truth?

Honey, can I have my Omega watch please?

I guess, for some the safest place to keep your watch and to stop it from falling into wrong hands is to keep it with your wife.

Seriously?

A good friend remarked that in his case, the only thing that his wife kept was her cool!

Thinking back, I have my fake watches and my prized possession (that is way out of date, its like wearing a 20 sen coin on your wrist) but they certainly are not kept by my wife.

So how many of you real men out there keep your wristwatch with the missus?

Cheque books, maybe, that too only if it is a joint account, but wristwatch?

Just imagine, you are all dressed up and ready to go....and then 'Honey....can I please have my Omega watch?'

Just doesn't cut it does it?

An unknown, A known Politician and an Omega watch

BN.

Two letters. That's all it took to deny an apparent video that featured a known politican in questionable circumstances.

Given that the circumstances was indeed 'mysterious' on how this 'politician' became involved with a woman in a hotel room, it is surely more interesting to know who the subject is as well as who those who were responsible for the videos.

Signed 'The Insider' in a carefully worded single page statement that detailed out how this 'Datuk T' had gotten hold of a video purportedly featuring a known politician, it wouldn't be all that difficult to find out who the real 'F*#@%r' was.

Datuk T had apparently presented the Omega watch as the revealing factor, and if memory serves me right, a watch like Omega would have serial numbers. From there, it would not be all that difficult to find out which store had taken stock of it and not rocket science then to find out who bought it.

So here, we have two parties, one the accuser and the other the accused. Which one is BN?

Your guess is as good as mine, but would't BN friendly parties reeveal this video to the likes of BN friendly bloggers?

So, from the statement, I guess 'Datuk T' is another of the Anwar's long list of friends who wants to stick one to him.

The known politician - now that Anwar had taken upon himself to deny that it was him, I guess the best guess would be the intended subject would have been him.

The Omega Watch? I wonder if its a 'Seamaster'.........

p.s - had dinner with a bunch of friends, and a senior council lamented that gentleman politicians are surely hard to come by these days. He thought that Dr.Chua Soi Lek was a gentleman in owning up to the videos that caught him in compromising position, and paid for his indiscretion.

Ampun Tuanku beribu-ribu ampun...

Ampun Tuanku beribu-ribu ampun.

This is what Datuk Ambiga Sreenivasan should be saying when she next sees the King (if she can get an audience that is) And why?

It was announced recently that there will be a 'shadow RCI' formed by seven 'eminent' members of 'civil' society, namely Datuk Ambiga Sreenivasan (who chose to identify herself as Bersih 2.0 Chairman) Irene Fernandez (Tenaganita director), Dr Toh Kin Woon (Cultural Development Centre president), Dr.Ronald McCoy (Malaysian Physicians for Social Responsibility president), Wong Chin Huat (political scientist), Yeo Yang Poh (Penang state government legal advisory committee chairman), Azmi Sharom (Universiti Malaya lecturer ) and Lim Len Geok (LLG) which aims to comment on proceedings on the current RCI commissioned by the Agung, as well as to submit a report at the end of the inquiry.

One wonders how many of them (out of the 7) has real access to the evidence and findings of the coroner's inquest?

In fact, with the revelation of t4tbh.blogspot.com, one who can think sensibly wonders what was going on in TBH's mind when confronted by Kajang councillor Tan Boon Wah in the MACC premises on that fateful day.

Why had he chosen to rest on the sofa, why he chose to call 'that woman' and definitely why he was left to answer all those questions alone. But I am only assuming, for I only have information from what I gathered from public domain.

But what if more information is gathered from MACC that wasn't known to the public before? What if pictures of the deceased was shared now in public domain that can point to very telling signs of how he died?

Would those who have formed their own opinion change theirs (opinion) with real evidence?

The fact that this 7 man panel of the shadow RCI made a statement of “I am surprised that the police was not able to establish how he died, unless of course there is a cover up,” said Ambiga who also criticised the delay in the investigation.

The delay, she said, had resulted in a lot of evidence pertaining to the case either gone, missing or even destroyed and this despite the inquiry being on-going.
and by this, we are expected to believe that this 7 man shadow panel is un-biased in their eventual findings?

A good look at the panel will reveal their political prejudices, and one wonders how a Datuk that was so conspicuously 'bestowed' by the former Prime Minister days before (or after) a premeditated dinner by the BAR council which was funded by the PM's Department then so much so, that a friend in the BAR had remarked that she must have salivated at the thought that she was must have had dreamt of giving the nocturnal ex-PM a 'BJ'!

Even an MP remarked to me that he thought it strange that the dinner for BAR council members was so quickly put in place, and even had a husband, wife and daughter lawmaker gracing the event, whilst prominent MP's like himself were 'left out' because of their 'alignment'.

I am certainly not insinuating that there are others more eminent than them, but all I am saying is if we ignore all the evidence put to us as 'conspiracies', and insist that our point of view is right by simply matching statements from different parties to our convenient, which way are we heading?

Sometimes, Black is Black, and white is white. Stop for a moment and ask if we intend to see it otherwise.

But insulting the King by forming a 'shadow' and then claim that this is how it MUST be done remains an insult.

And back in the days when the Malay Kingdon remained a domain of the royals, nothing short of death shall befall those who insulted the royals.

Promises, promises! Remember back in 2008?

Update: YB Jeff Ooi has now claimed that his statements were 'twisted' by certain parties, and that free wifi applies to all a sundry in Penang. Read the correction here in The Star

I can't help but feel that I have been let down by PR too many times.

Heck! Being part of the 'bloggers for change' back in 2008 gave me a sense of contributing to change, and supporting a fellow blogger who made it to Parliament gave me that assurance that our friend would do his part.

But what happened 3 years from that day brought me back down to earth.

In fact so much has changed, that I cannot recognise those that promised so much but delivered so little.

On the other hand, it is BN that changed and put into place something that is so promising.

What am I talking about?

Back in 2008, I can still recall the PR promise, that 'they will not sideline any community', 'that they will work with civil servants to enforce change' but what is happening is really the opposite.

Case in point?

1.The Selangor State Secretary saga. MB Khalid Ibrahim did all he could to prevent the appointment of a true civil servant, citing all kinds of excuses, but when push came to shove, he poointed out that certain 'issue' were too sensitive to be discussed with the chief secretary around (in short, what ever is discussed which involved PR's interest cannot have someone that they could not trust). So who said that they could work with civil servants?

2.MP Jelutong, my friend Jeff Ooi said yesterday that free wifi will be implemented in all constituencies in Penang except for Kepala Batas, Tasek Gelugor and Nibong Tebal (which are held by BN and KITA), citing shortage of resources. Apparently Jeff Ooi went on to say that if the constituents want free wifi, they should vote for PR.

I am even more convinced that PR haslet power get to their heads. Jeff Ooi has abandoned his own cause for the sake of his party, and being tech savvy he has certainly did a disfavor to his own believe.

I certainly did not expect this from Jeff, and having met him some months ago, I will surely make my point felt the next time I meet him again (if).

When Unker Lim speaks....You must listen!

It is one thing when an elderly person gives advice, but it is another when he rants.

Take for instance Unker Lim (or to those who are staunch supporters, Unker Kit). Having celebrated his 70th birthday throughout the country, today he is off ranting on the one thing he is most familiar with.

I am saying this because of his close association with Karpal Singh (who probably together have had to deal with quite a fair bit of accusations of being disrespectful to the King)

What is it with DAP and the royals?

One day they want to show respect, another, they go against the Sultan's wish (and storm the state assembly)

So this time around, Unker Lim says that former Court of Appeal Judge Datuk Skaikh Daud Ismail has 'compromised' his stature to run down Teoh Beng Hock's family and their lawyers fro boycotting the RCI which was looking into the mysterious death of the political aide. This is because the former judge had said that those who boycotted the inquiry was being disrespectful to the King.

Didn't the family of the deceased call for an RCI the very next day after the coroner's inquest decision was released? To ask for it and then turn their backs (not that it matters anyway because the inquiry does not involve them directly in the first place) on it says a lot about keeping the issue 'alive' doesn't it?

Unker Lim further added that if Shaikh Daud was consistent, then he would have criticised the Royal Police Commission of Inquiry which recommended the establishment of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct commission.

Convenient isn't it? And isn't that just so 'Unker Lim'?

So if you agree with Unker Lim, then don't bother to read on.

Unker Lim should also be more consistent, shouldn't he, for he has cleverly deflected any doubts and suspicions on the TBH episode, whilst choosing to ignore the ones that really matter (here)

Why?
For, a lawmaker who knows him well enough is no other than YB Wee Choo Keong (for those unintiated, YB Wee was sacked from DAP for standing up to party leaders (like Unker Lim),and his letter of termination cited 'lack of affection' for the leadership.

Now, now. Quite a thing isn't it?

And he is so quick to jump on this former judge accusing the former yang ariff as being 'dragooned by BN propangandists'.

Which brought me to this post this.

How is it that the likes of Lims, Singhs, and Anwars are quick to label those who speak out, as government propangandists? Why so quick with the label?

The answer is as soon as 'BN propaganda' is thrown into the argument, all else can be explained and this is the way the have been turning arguments to their favour. Well, not any more.

Example? If the inquest found that it was a suicide. BN's problem.
Royal Commission was not postpone to suit the lawyer's schedule? BN's problem.
Their own 'independent' coroner could not make the stand? BN's problem.

You see my point right? For all the promises that they made, they are sticking back to the old story, government not cooperative, hogwash RCI, and the list goes on and on!

So what is it that keeps DAP from NOT wanting to know the truth?

From the very beginning, the investigation centered around TBH's boss, and the links from there. However, one can agree that with TBH gone, the lead died along with him. Or, the lead was cold, so we toss him out the window!

My point is that if the Royal Commission of Inquiry was commandeered by the King to look into the death of TBH, then why not let the RCi run it's course?
Why ask for a deferment, and when the deferment was rejected, boycott it?
Why not boycott it to begin with?
And what about Karpal saying that the AG is 'pushing' for a suicide?
Is he privy to something that we do not know off?
Perhaps, he may want to share with us how he came to this conclusion?

In fact, when Lim complained that Shaik Daud was not heard of from the onset of the inquest,he basically showed his true colours. Either you speak for us from the beginning but if you come out and question those who are 'on our side' then you must be a BN propagandist!

Frankly, I am getting quite tired of this charade that is being played. And I am sure you must be too.

The man is dead, regretably.
An inquest found it to be neither homicide nor suicide (frankly, that is bull, it has to be one or the other, BUT have you thought what kind of reaction there would have been from the likes of Unker Lim had the cornoer's inquest found it to be suicide in the first place?
Now, a Royal Inquiry is takiong place, why not let it run it's course?

For those who are truly 'neutral' on this matter, there can be no argument that the inquiry is biased.

The fact that the inquiry is calling back all material witnesses with regards to the Coroner's inquest to how they came out with differrent opinions on the way TBH died speaks for itself, from all angles, and that is precisely what the RCI MUST DO.

So, to those who are close enough with the subject, let's not try to push your way to making 'truthful statements' to sway public opinion, and let the experts get on with their job, and not because you watched all 8 seasons of CSI.

As for you Unker Lim, stop demanding for affection, and go service your constituency!

All I am asking is to let those responsible do their job!
