When bloggers get personal

It was a couple of weeks, if not months back, that I heard about the spat on blogosphere between Voice and Sakmongkol. I do not know about the subject in question, but I did get first hand info from Voice himself, and it is of my opinion that bloggers who attack another on blogosphere generally have no other means to get back at the other party.

And now, fugitive blogger RPK has turned his sights on Rusdi Mustapha, of Sri Menanti.
I know Rusdi, and I used to support RPK. What RPK is doing is incomprehensible.
At the start of All Blogs, I recall a strategy meeting which RPK was involved in purpotedly to plot the downfall of the Abdullah Administration through coordinated cyber attacks.

I can't put it beyond him to plot the same this time, with pro Anwar bloggers. As would Pro Najib bloggers supporting the PM to fend off such attacks.
But what RPK has done is to sow seeds of hate against Rusdi and his family.
And that is what RPK is capable of. I wonder how one would react if it was his family that RPK was attacking.

I don't know any better. I just hope that I do not have to come acrosss a situation when I tell my daughter that she does not have a home any more when she is 14. That would be a real shame if a parent would do that. Abandoning one's own to save the nation!

Come on lah! Rusdi brought it unto himself. All that talk about Melayu and Bumiputera - but "cakap tak serupa bikin".
No one is condemning Rusdi's family - it is his hypocrisy that is under attack.
I especially liked the western style "dedah aurat" wedding dress- I wonder did she have a church wedding?
(no prob if she did - unless the father who gave her away is an ultra Malay fascist!)

Tony, who started this whole episode? You are right, if they start attacking your family (which they did by highlighting RPK's son on the front pages of all MSM controlled by Be End government.

Hmmm....so in your opinion, all crimes should go unreported?
How bout the guy whose dad was an ex minister? Wasn't that reported in the papers too?

Anon 11.50am
Err....dont know about the aurat thingy, but do you really know this man Rusdi? Or how about RPK? Do you really know him?
I don't know neither of them all that well, for I count those as my friends, they who count me.
Eh, also, tell me if you know the real Pasquale! (he he)

There is always a line we do not cross. E.g. When we go to war, we don't kill prisoners of war. When criminals are captured we do not deny them their legal rights. When people talk about freedom they impose the right to privacy. These are examples of limits, the line we do not cross. As for the argument "since he did it then I can as well", if you are willing to cross the line, what goes around comes around.
