Yes Mr JC?

I saw an sms being circulated, and was sent to me by a 'concerned Perakian'.
I don't know the number and cannot tell who it was from, but it certainly sounded authentic.

Hence, I did what I normally would do if I needed more information (Google, of course!)
So I found a few websites echoing the same, but none was substantiated.

It seems, the MB vs MB case is up for mention in the High Courts tomorrow (I may have the wrong information on this) and is apparently going to be heard by The Honourable Mohamad Ariff Md Yusuf from the Judicial Commission,. So do you call t hem Judicial Commissioner? Anyways, the sms went as far to say that this Honourable JC has been an advisor to PAS (still is or not, I am not sure too) and was also involved in the Kangar Election petition (presumably in the most recent election). I could not locate any photos via the search engine, but could only come up with names.

Names, as we know, especially in Malaysia, could mean nothing. Possibly every other person may have the same name, especially from Indian and Malay origins. In fact, Chinese too.
But interestingly, PAS had fielded a candidate of the same name in the 2004 elections.
And Mr JC has his name proudly displayed (as it should be) in the Judiciary registrar of Malaysia.

If the sms has any truth in it, then, Mr JC should excuse himself from hearing the case, as it will only give more credence to those supporting Zambry. However, if he is not the same person insinuated in the blogs, then Mr JC should also make a statement (not sure if he can) condemning those who are going to town with it.

Either way, I say the Judiciary is on the losing end. Find for Zambry, then those supporting Nizar will say its the BN might influencing the legislative arm. Find for Nizar, and the former Lord President will be left in no mans land.

Sigh. With this kind of action, who needs Astro?
