Lets take a look at this scenario.
B says something nasty to F. F was too busy making her point and somehow misses the insult.
R hears about it and relays it to F. F is pissed off, of course. The insult was derogatory, to say the least. In fact, B's insults was aimed at mothers, sisters and daughters! F raises the issue to B's family. Their reaction?
a. They tell F not to take it too seriously
b. They tell F that it was a joke
c. B says that it was not aimed at F
d. B also has another friend M who says the same
e. They say that it may imply to women, but not F in particular??
So the family head sends the favourite daughter S to 'have a word' with B&M.
The outcome?
Ballocks! Pure Ballocks!
I feel sick in the gut just reading about it!
Our Minister in charge of Women's affairs is a very forgiving Minister.
She chooses to accept their apology simply because they surrendered! I demand resignation!
How she addresses this issue, and simply forgive, whilst ignoring Female Flight attendants being put out of their livelihood is beyond me. Really.
End result: The picture we are painting to our many visitors this visit Malaysia Year?
If you are a woman visiting our country, and someone insults you about your menses? And ONLY if they raise their hands in surrender, after making that disparaging remark? Forgive them. Please do not expect them to show that they are sorry immediately, wait for 9 days!

That "sorry" is very heavy to speak out from mouth. It is about 10,000kg. Therefore, took them 9 days to say a word. See, how productive they are!
Their statement of apology was not an apology at all. They still blamed their actions on the opposition. Duh!

Itu Women Minister, I believe aar, is not a woman, if not how else can you explain it? B and M, are of a different species altogether. I don't believe they're men, because first they have to be human. Have a fun week, bro'.. Hope your daughter's do went well. I missed my (only) daughter's 1st B'day last May 16th.. sigh.
